Service didn't move fast they didn't turn over tables fast. I'm not sure they understand how to run a restaurant. There like 3 dirty tables and we where waiting 15ish minutes no one said hi or welcome. All the serves walked by us standing at the front about 3 time each. They didn't have a buser the bus tables while servers worked the tables. It didn't feel like they had a house manager. To run the floor eather. Food was okay. Not really worth the wait.

My boss, co-workers and I were invited to La Fiesta in south Hobbs, NM for lunch with a new vendor on 12/6/2023. This Mexican restaurant has been around long enough for me to remember this is where my senior prom date took is for dinner. Well over 20 years ago. Lol. I'm still not a fan of their salsa, but it's complementary and something to munch on while you wait. The chips are okay. My choice for grub was the #3 chile rellenos ($10.99). It was really good. Like a fatty, I nearly cleaned my plate too. The atmosphere was indeed decorated for Christmas. Carolers for a cause came in to sing and collect donations without being pushy or getting in our faces. They have seating for large and small groups. Our waitress, while friendly and efficient, was a little too efficient. Every time we needed something she would turn around as quickly as possible to hold fetch it just to come back for more requests. Ample parking was available on both sides of the restaurant. Please fix the hours on your front door! No clue when the open. (See my photo.) Oh, the business was good too. Very cool stuff on the horizon...

I used to go here and I went today and got some enchilada plates and I specifically ordered green chili chicken and I got chicken with red sauce I wasn’t worried about it at first I figured it was a easy mistake I figured it would be good anyways but the sauce was horrible and unbalanced I was very disappointed I wasted money and I didn’t realize the mistake until I got home

Very good original Mexican food. Got 6 soft tacos and 6 crispy tacos, mmm good but pricey. Best guacamole around. The hot sauce wasn't very good, seemed watery. The mild sauce was good. Didn't order any drinks. The woman at the drive-through was very nice. Spent right at $40.

I would never eat here in prior years, but now that it has been under new ownership for some time now, I find myself going frequently with family and friends. I love the great customer service and cleanliness. My kids and I have enjoyed everything we have tried on the menu. Ordering takeout is convenient and easy and i like that they have a pickup window. La Fiesta has quickly become one of my favorite go to spots in recent years. I definitely recommend!

This is my first time visiting this place. It's clean and service is good. I ordered tacos to see the difference between other Mexican restaurants. Their tacos are not that bad, but I think not for me. It's bland and needs more spices or maybe salsa? I don't know, but I definitely not trying it again.

I would never eat here in prior years, but now that it has been under new ownership for some time now, I find myself going frequently with family and friends.
