Me and my friends came here and only one of them got their order my two other friends waited for 30min and I had to wait for an hour just to find out that they had given another table our food that was right beside us, and before he left our food at their table we had told the guy working there that it was our food and when I went to go ask for my food the guy who attended me had the audacity to look confused when he asked for my receipt and I told him he didn’t give me one when he hadn’t

We have McDonald's Fridays in my family and their cokes have been Flat and I guess today they didn't have any ice and the way they remodeled this McDonald's you cannot get any refill on the fountain drinks so you have to wait at the counter to get refill and on top of that they look at you and don't even ask you if you need anything.

Ordered for four people, one meal was completely missing, and WHEN we got it we found hair in our food, over half our chicken nuggets were raw(one 6pc, 2 ten pcs) we were ignored when we wanted it sent back because it was nasty. and the employees had an attitude problem that was NOT pleasant. better off going to the others in town before you come here.

So I had to sit in the drive through after making a mobile order in advance only to have the attendant have a full blown conversation with their friend, which took an extra 5 minutes of my day only to hand me an order that was 1/3 complete telling me it was done. The worst location in America, no contest. Absolutely the worst McDonald’s experience of my entire life. 16 dollars wasted for food I didn’t even get!

I would give half a star if it let me...I walked into the McDonald's on Turner street, 2 Managers talking at the table, no one at the register. I waiited a few minutes, didn't even get a greeting. Took my business elsewhere. The 2 Managers didn't even move to help.
