Ordered fish and fries , food was good but I asked if there was tartar sauce ,he said yes then went to eat it ,opened container and no tartar sauce. Very disappointed, won't be back.

I really enjoy the hot dogs and other items at the wienerschnitzel. The owners are very nice and the people that work there are very nice. I really enjoy the chili that is put on the hot dogs.

It was a busy evening, but the line was moving quick. Got my food and went home to eat it. The food was subpar and my kraut dog had a long hair in it. Needless to say it was a waste of money and lost my appetite.

It was clean. The food was AMAZING, as usual. The customer service was a little off. I ordered a shake, and they left it on the counter and didn't call it out.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a table, and restrooms are ALL wheelchair accessible.

They need to do a better job training their employees. Mostly their cashiers. This girl, (had no name tag so can't really say who she was) had no idea what she was doing and was getting irritated with ME because I had more to order. As soon as I ordered my first item, she was confused and she clearly had no idea what she was doing and was being rude with me because I wasn't done ordering. Mind you, I was being nice the whole time. I was being patient with her. I'm not one to have an attitude with someone taking my order even if they're rude because I understand that the job can be frustrating. But if your cashier doesn't know what they're doing, doesn't even know what's on the menu at that, then train them more before you put them on the register alone. Don't have them struggling on the register during a dinner time rush. Over here getting annoyed with me because I'm not done ordering and you don't know how to do your job. And to top it off, the food was trash. Soggy hot dogs, burnt mini corn dogs and cold fries. Do better.

Good chili dogs, hardly any wait time. The only thing is when I order a large fry, I want a large fry, not a large fry box half full... Fries are high, so I want my monies worth! Sometimes, they are cold and stale. Otherwise, I am happy.
