“The best. Bagel. Ever. My family lived in Los Alamos in 04-07, and Ruby K was our weekly Saturday breakfast place. Visited Los Alamos every few years since then, and I made sure I ate my fill of Ruby K before flying back home. The up-and-atom is the best. The four-cheese panini is out of this world. The Bavarian chocolate coffee is amazing. Shocked to hear that the owner is retiring. Hope she finds a buyer to carry on this amazing tradition.“
“Cool little eatery on the UNM Los Alamos campus. I only found this place because of Google maps. It's up the stairs near the parking lot. I wasn't sure what to order. I took a gamble by ordering the pozole. The pozole was more like a chili. Weirdly, it tasted exactly like pozole. I actually really liked. It's really spicy btw. So beware.“
“i grew up skiing Pajarito. It has awesome straight down fall lines and organized slopes & lifts so there is very little walking required. While there are lots of intermediate runs, If you can ski Los Alamos expert runs you can ski almost any other resort. Small town vibe.“
“I’ve been to place twice & both times were more than satisfactory. They definitely have one of the better breakfast burritos in the area & I feel like they nailed my Peppermint Latte on the first attempt, not too sweet, great foam, bold but smooth coffee taste. Looking forward to trying some more of the baked goods, the cherry&almond tart is a must try for those who might appreciate the taste of almond custard cut by a few sweet & tart cherries that I assume were soaked in some sort of mixture bolstering the levels of sweetness & tartness!“
“Great coffee shop near Eldorado! The Artistic License Gallery's Meet the Artist Event today was made even more special by the wonderful beverages and pastries that were available thanks to Wolf and Mermaid Enchanted Roasters! Thanks to everyone who turned out and supported our local businesses!“
