“We tried Horizons a week ago and gell in love with the bagels! They didn't last in our house. When you ask for a green chile bagel, that's what you get. Cinnamon raisin, you can taste the cinnamon and the raisins are plentiful. The flavors the there and have you wanting more because we came again this weekend and got 2 1/2 dozen! We drive all the way from Rio Rancho because these bagels are THAT GOOD and the service is awesome!! Both times we have been in, the gentleman that helped was so patient and super nice, actually even though they are crazy busy they all have a smile on their face and friendly, and man that runs that kitchwn is a beast. He rocks it out and seems unphased! Run don't walk to go get some, you will definitely NOT be disappointed!!!! Thank you Horizons for delicious bagels.“

The food comes out a little slow and the service counter gets kind of backed up because of all of the to go orders waiting to be picked up, but they’re always friendly! The Baba ghanoush and the shawarma plate is to die for, also make sure you get some baklava after your meal! I would definitely recommend!“

And make some business cards with a lunch special on it and pass out to help get some word of mouth going. It's a good location and the food is good quality. Just needs a woman's touch maybe because it's a mans menu .I can say the soft homemade breads is a nice touch. Even my husband noticed his tortilla was fresh.“

“Very cute café. Came here for breakfast while visiting town. Breakfast portions are generous and delicious. I had the eggs Benedict and was very happy with it.The location itself is cozy, so it's a little harder to seat bigger parties, but perfect for brunch with a friend or two.Parking: I'm unfamiliar with the area, and it wasn't very straight forward to know where to park. Free street parking right by the café if you're lucky. Be aware a lot of the street parking requires a permit during certain times, and you may have to pay at a nearby lot and take a short walk to the location.“

“If you want a tea time experience, there is literally no better place in the country. You have to book months in advance bc it’s so popular. But once you go you know why.We had tea in the Jane Eyre room and your group has its own area to chat and feel like you have the place to yourself. It’s not too often a venue can do that for you. It felt intimate and special. I encourage you to dress up for high tea, go all out! Pretend you’re going to tea with the queen. This place totally makes you feel like you are.Good delicious! Tea was to die for. I ended up buying some to take home. There are so many herbal and dark tea options - some very unique! PhamilyTeaHouse Cafe •
2132 Central Ave SE Ste B, Albuquerque

“This place is an absolute need. One million stars if I could. I remember when my partner and I first walked in: the store was opening Everybody was so welcoming, and we were given the best food ever. (We still are, this restaurant is fantastic.) This location is equivalent to the Ratatouille scene where Remy and Emile taste food together. I am Remy, admiring the quality of the food, my MEAL. I am also Emile, where I ravenously eat their food as if I were starving for three months, and this is the first thing I've seen coming back to civilization. You will never understand the craving for Phamily's food until you've had it. As for the hospitality, I love it. Ever since visiting this location from opening, I have felt the same welcoming atmosphere every time I step through those doors. I appreciate the hard work that Phamily shows to their customers through their food, so I hope more customers share the same energy when stopping by to eat! My review is about how Phamily's food makes me feel and how great the place is. Again, you must try something you like in order to experience the Phamily experience. I can guarantee you that everything on that menu is good. Even if it's tea, an entrée, a small side. Check out the place for yourself and see what grasps your interest!“

Catopia Cat Cafe Cafe • $
8001 Wyoming Blvd NE suite c-5, Albuquerque

“This is a fun place and a great way to spend time with rescue cats. All of the cats are available for adoption. You pay an entrance fee and that allows you to hang out with the cats for about an hour.Catopia is very clean. There are tables and chairs and also benches to sit on. For the cats there are lots of toys and places for them to rest comfortably spread out through out the space.Food is limited to prepackaged snacks; howver there is a large collection of hot and cold drinks. I had a bottle of black cherry cream soda that was delicious! While there were approximately 15 cats in attendance, most of them were resting out of site. I did see four sleeping in various places and my partner and I attracted two carts to play with us using one of the "fishing pole" toys.We will definitely go back. It was a pleasant, relaxing place and this is an easy way to support rescue animals.“

Kickstand Cycle & Cafe Cafe • $$

“Cyclists and coffee. Where you find one you'll more than likely find the other. Kickstand Cafe has one of the best locations which is nearly across the street from the Alameda Open Space parking lot. It's great to run over and grab a coffee before, during, or after your ride. For me, it's a great halfway point. I enjoy a cup of coffee or a latte before making my way back home. The cafe is very charming and comfortable inside. The dessert case always looks amazing. I haven't explored the rest of their menu. Just caffeine for me, please. There is plenty of outdoor seating. The folks working inside are always really friendly. Even when they are obviously overwhelmed. They crank out orders with a smile. There's also a bike shop attached. I haven't had to use it yet, but it's nice to know it's there. They open at 8, which might be kinda late for those of use trying to get a ride in before the temperature rises. I really dig this place.
