Love this local restaurant. My grandparents have taken me there since I was a little girl & now almost 30 and still going.Red chile cheese fries & a hard taco is the absolute best.Staff is always friendly & prices are just right.Thank you Viola's!
Viola's is a must stop for breakfast or lunch when you are in Los Alamos. The staff is just amazing! They are friendly and very efficient! The daily special is always an easy go to choice. I highly recommend trying them out and go with the GREEN CHILE!

Wanted something quick and easy, so stopped in here for breakfast. We just left the Farmers Market, where let me tell you, if you enjoy fresh vegetables, this is the place to stop by on Thursdays! Breakfast menu was simple and affordable. Kind of an old school feel.
