It’s hard to find authentic Chinese food in the US, and I am so surprised that this restaurant next to the Museum has the best noodles and baozi!! The food brings me back to China!! I definitely recommend this place!
A wonderful little hole in the wall right behind the science museum. I ordered the bibimbap and vegetable dumplings. Both dishes were superb. I highly recommend stopping in here if you get the chance.Vegetarian options: Many of the dishes have vegetarian versions. Very easy to find something to eat here if you're on a vegetarian diet.

I haven’t eaten in every restaurant in Los Alamos, in fact I’ve only eaten at this one, but I could not imagine having a better meal! Everything was delicious, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was wonderful. We had the fried bao, shrimp lo mein, and jasmine tea and we would order it all again in a heartbeat. This was clearly a place that locals frequent. We felt like the only tourists here despite being next to the science museum.
