I've had better. Ordered a steak medium well. The steak was medium rare. They took it back twice didn't finish steak. My friends whom I went with had already finished their steak meal.

During my recent visit to the bar, I experienced exceptionally poor service from the bartender, which was quite surprising as I'm accustomed to receiving excellent customer service wherever I go. Not only was I treated rudely, but I also observed similar behavior towards other patrons. This disappointing experience has left me with no desire to return to the establishment in the future.

I had lunch on Sunday with a friend. The service was terrible. He got our order wrong and my friend had to eat his take out because his food order was not taken. It was a terrible inconvenience.

Our family came to enjoy dinner at your establishment this evening and we watched multiple tables get there after we did and leave prior to our meals being served. We understand you guys were slammed tonight and that gives a lot of leeway. I do want to acknowledge the server Muriel! She was not our server but went above and beyond to help us get service! She deserves 5 stars for all she did tonight! You have a lot to work on but this server isn't one of the fixes that needs fixing! Hopefully for our next experience she'll be available! Muriel you are amazing!

The food was cold and we had to return the soup. We kept our main course so as not to be a bother. The Alfredo and broccoli looked as if it was sitting out and there was an attempt to reheat.The bread and Alfredo sauce was also hard and cold.Our waiter Austin was unwelcoming and not warm at all. We were uncertain if it was because we were not from town.Applebee's is one of my favorite places to eat. This restaurant did not live up to that expectation. I will add that it was pretty late for New Mexico.. almost 10pm.

I arrived waited 15 minutes for a seat with nobody even in the store got seated took forver to get my drinks in ordered wings and a salad and a steak and my steak was well done when i said medium rare and the wing was super chewy the food tasted awful in general and the employees are just slow bad
We were waiting in a line for almost an hour. They said 10 minutes as they needed to clean off tables, but no one was cleaning tables off, and one waitress was going around hugging customers that were at the bar.

My grandson got food poisoning from eating there corn dogs it was bad poor baby was sick all night throwing up .They have to be more careful children also eat there and it hard on them .When they get this sick nevere will we go back.

The fish was greasy, and the fries were cold. The quesadilla was skimpy with filling. Waited 10 to 15 minutes to get drinks and then condiments once the food came. Another 15-minute wait for the check. The plates were marred and dirty looking. So not worth the time or money.
