The cashier seemed like he was high and was constantly laughing as I placed my order. I asked him if he was ok and he said he was having a really good day. The green chili burger was not bad but everything else was mediocre at best.

No cheese on cheese burgers, even though I paid extra for it. Onion rings tasted fishy. Order ready twenty minutes past "ready by" time. Silence in the back. Everybody only working their assigned area, looked like everyone was angry. It was a peak time but it was not being handled efficiently. No apparent teamwork. Stood observing it for 20 minutes while i waited for my food. Very disappointing.

Absolute worst experience every time here at Blake’s in Los lunas. Today I ordered a Blake’s NM Mexico style burger which is supposed to come with double meat green chili onions plus added bacon etc. I received one 3/4 half broken patty with one sorry “slice” of bacon the smallest squirt of ketchup. I had drove all the way back to the Blake’s and they claimed to have remade the burger but actually just added lettuce and tomato and didn’t even add the second patty that is supposed to be on the burger (I watched) and gave me back the same cold burger. Which is extremely frustrating paying $17.77 for an absolute disaster of a burger. Stay home and make your burgers yourself fellas, Cuz this ain’t it. Manager is extremely nice and fixed it with no issue, but had to ask for the manager 3 times.
Called in an order 5 minutes before my lunch break waited in the pickup line for 27 minutes left with no food.

Food is great but the girls at the drive thru can be more friendly and with a better attitude. Went to the drive thru this morning the two girls working the drive thru had attitude no smile no nothing and when I got my order she almost threw it at me. If your going to be serving people atleast have a better attitude.

I have been getting breakfast burritos from various Blake's locations for years, and this location for the last few. I don't know if they changed their red chile recipe or what, but the last two times I've been unable to finish my burrito. The sauce is more brown than red now, there is a very distinct sweetness to it, and it lacks all heat. I don't even know if it's red chile. If you get it without the sauce, the burrito is delicious. But keep in mind something is different about their red chile, and it's not a good thing. I still recommend them as I enjoy interacting with the staff and their burgers, but I can't recommend the red chile anymore.
