I absolutely loved this place!! Unsure why there are so many complaints about cleanliness/ racism/ attitude?? I LOVED that they checked my ID to protect my card! The bathroom and lobby area was also so so clean! I will 100% be returning. So worth it! Thank you to the lovely staff
i love the staff and environment here! i come here about 3-5 times a week and have for quite some time. the store is always in good shape when i come in and i have never had a bad customer service experience! thank you coldstone ???

Every time I have been here, I have encountered young kids behind the counter who have been nothing short of friendly, yet professional. Obviously they get to work with ice cream every day and make people smile, but in this day and age of social distancing and stress of just paying the bills, I think it is important to recognize that they’re doing it right here.
