The workers lack customer service skills. It felt like I was back in middle school with how these girls talked to me. Not at all patient, didn't explain very well about the other options of toppings , cones, etc. To top it all off, the ice-cream wasn't even good. The chocolate tasted like chalk.Overall Incredibly unprofessional and not at all welcoming.Will not be returning.

Last night, my mom and I decided to stop for ice cream as a treat for my birthday weekend. I have fond memories of this place from my childhood, but because of teenage workers not knowing how to explain the procedures and do their job properly, I was left with a below-average customer experience.I asked for two flavors, one was "Birthday Cake Remix", the other was "Mint Mint Chocolate Chip". I did not get all the ice cream I wanted and I left unsatisfied with my experience. This store needs workers that are better trained in how to deal with customer service.As for why I didn't get both flavors, the girls couldn't explain why I was restricted to only one "signature flavor" and ended up choosing strawberry as my #2 option. My mom and I were frustrated with the ordering procedure, and I could tell the couple in line behind us were not happy with the way they were being treated either.

I've been in there 2 times now, and every single time, it seems like they're running out of ice cream. They're giving smalls for mediums and holding out on everything. Never coming back. Those employees put the minimum in minimum wage.

Every time I have been here, I have encountered young kids behind the counter who have been nothing short of friendly, yet professional. Obviously they get to work with ice cream every day and make people smile, but in this day and age of social distancing and stress of just paying the bills, I think it is important to recognize that they’re doing it right here.

I absolutely loved this place!! Unsure why there are so many complaints about cleanliness/ racism/ attitude?? I LOVED that they checked my ID to protect my card! The bathroom and lobby area was also so so clean! I will 100% be returning. So worth it! Thank you to the lovely staff
They only have 2 dairy free options.An Almond Chocolate Milk and a Sorbet

I don't come here often but when I do I feel as though the service always sucks. Not to be rude but when I order I feel like I'm bothering the server. Not helpful at all and just wants me to hurry up and move on. Prices are up there and then they turn the iPad on you asking if you want to leave a tip. I just prefer Baskin Robbins, service is better and they have banana splits.

We walked in and immediately they ran to the back room . It was a party of 4 and only one associate was willing to help with an attitude. Two of the female workers stood there flirting the whole time and sticking their tongues out at each other. We ordered a smoothie and it was nothing but ice cubes and liquid . Our shakes were watered . One girl made everything while the other two went to the back talking. Definitely won’t come back. Worst CSR experience ever .
