I work here and I just wanna speak on behalf of our workers I see a lot of people saying that we are rude I even saw one that says "they didn't even tell me where to go wasn't sure to go left or right" WE HAVE A SIGN THAT SAYS ORDER HERE but no you wanna walk up to the front of the line where we cash you out and tell me what sub you want and try working at a place where everyone is busy doing something so you can't just ask hey what was this one you have to pay close attention...read full review

I ordered three sandwiches last night and got home. One of the sandwiches had cheese after I repeated three times no cheese. There is a cheese allergy and the person could not eat the sandwich. I like the sandwiches there but will be checking next time the order before having the sandwich wrapped up. I have never gotten an incorrect order before, this was disappointing.
