I work here and I just wanna speak on behalf of our workers I see a lot of people saying that we are rude I even saw one that says "they didn't even tell me where to go wasn't sure to go left or right" WE HAVE A SIGN THAT SAYS ORDER HERE but no you wanna walk up to the front of the line where we cash you out and tell me what sub you want and try working at a place where everyone is busy doing something so you can't just ask hey what was this one you have to pay close attention or ask the rude customer who gives you attitude for not remembering 1 of the MANY orders we get

Yuck! If I could give this place zero stars I would. My friend and I were in the Los Lunas, NM location, and there were about 5 employees, rude as hell. Every single one of them. Basically just standing there, we not knowing to go left or right, left for this, right for this, Completely confusing ordering process. I really was hoping Jersey Mike's was better than Subway, but nope! $23 bucks for those bland, soggy, disgusting sandwiches. And I only got a mini sandwich, no drink or chips! My friend's sandwich was basically a boring hoagie, easily made at home. No wait. Would be made at home 100 percent better. No, I do not recommend. Going to have to keep searching for a good, decent sandwich spot because this is NOT it!
