Google did not disappoint with this gem. The hubby and I stopped driving back to Cali after visiting Texas for the solar eclipse, and man oh man how delicious was Andele's Restaurant. We got the Number 1 combination plate and hubby couldn't wait for me to take a picture lol but he got the adobada plate. Javier was our server and his service was amazing. Traveling back from Aquila, Texas to southern Arizona after watching the eclipse we needed a place to have lunch. We picked this restaurant based on the reviews we saw on google and yelp. There was no wait for the tables and the service was exceptional. But everything paled in comparison to the food which was off the chain. Everyone was so friendly and the good was delicious! I was a little worried about eating something spicy right before hitting the road but this was absolutely perfect. I had the huevos rancheros topped with red sauce and raspberry tea.
