El Parasol offers fast food stalls after the main building closed due to Covid. The food is excellent, especially the pork and guacamole burritos and chicken guacamole tacos. Be cautious of hot green chili. Watch out for melted and cracked to-go containers, as experienced by some customers. Overall, the food and service are good, but it's not the same as the original sit-down restaurant.
