I like Chick-fil-A but I'm tired of this location screwing up our orders. We literally just left, I asked for unsweetened tea- they gave a sweet tea! No sauce for our nuggets, again AND we have 3 napkins for 4 meals. Last time my son ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and when we got home, it was crispy. Also I ordered a salad and there was no dressing or fork. This is like the 4th time in a row our order wasn't correct. I'm pregnant and really like the fries but I'm over this!

Used this location to pick up food ordered by mobile (since Cottonwood place was remodeling). Drive thru experience was satisfactory, friendly staff.

Morning stop for a #4 sausage burrito, late for work. Potato cheese egg where is the sausage? Called and spoke to manager katie shared my complaint. Asked is ers name and phone number was told owner brunette alcala does not listen to customers that's why she has managers. Brunette is busy pocketing the money but can't talk to customers. I will share my review with the many employees i work with. Wont ever eat there again promise

We go here every Wednesday night. We love Karen and Joy that walk around the lobby. Our little boy Charlie loves to give Karen a hug. The food is great services is amazing. Great job!!!

I haven’t had any bad experiences until today, as I got to the drive through I could hear all the teenagers talking mentioning how it would be funny to put rat poison on the customers drink. Not a funny joke especially when you know people can hear you. I came home was not able to eat my food comfortably I threw it all away. Such unpleasant experience.

The girl working there had gotten my order wrong and charged me twice. Now I have a 40$ charge instead of 20$. Please do better. Hoping I can get a refund.
So just got home to relax and found 2 items missing my Mac n cheez n my 8 ct nuggies... the nuggies are missing some in the box.. 3 times iv already had issues here .. I wish people cared about how service is delivered and food. I usually don't care but 40$ was spent for my family of 3 and my daughter s food jipped... I live I rio rancho so having to drive 14 minutes out of the way to go get something they should have gotten right the first time is ridiculous. I always get the well put your name in a book for a free Yada yada and when I go try to claim it woah.. magically isn't there ? people don't care any more ?

Apart from checking that your order is correct, also check your food, unfortunately I had a bad experience since I have been a Chick Fill All customer for a long time and something so unpleasant and disgusting had never happened to me ?, no I don't know how I got hair of a mop God knows what they cleaned with that and how did that come to a PAN no more chick of the unser

Pretty good food..even if they do have the smallest chicken nuggets I've ever seen.. and the chicken wrap is mostly lettuce.. atleast it tastes pretty
