Placed an order online (they don't let you remove items from your bagels, or a place for a side note). Called in immediately upon replacing the order to have them take capers off of my bagels, and they say they can't change orders once they're processed online. This is absolutely ridiculous, especially with how awfully difficult it is to remove something like capers once they're put on. This is not something that changes the price, and saves the staff time when making the bagels, but the staff is extremely unwilling to accommodate requests that THEIR system doesn't let you make ahead of time. I would have no issue going in person, but they work so slow, you'd spend 30+min in the drive-thru or waiting inside anyway.

I love going here for a quick bagel and really great coffee. Highly recommend if you are in a hurry since quality is so much better than other fast food places.

Food was good, only thing I dislike about service is that you order on one counter and walk over to another counter to pay.

They don't take cash. It's unfortunate this has come to be more common with businesses but it has. This is not a high crime area ,TAKE MY MONEY. Service was great and food is fresh, yummy and plenty hot.

The staff at the Rio Rancho, NM location are inefficient and take far too long to make sandwiches. There are too many staff members standing around. Seems like a good time to train up on efficient practices to ensure customer satisfaction, otherwise, people will stop coming back, regardless how good the bagels are.

I feel that a cup of coffee, a bagel, & a smear shouldn't cost over 8.50$ The tables are never wiped, employees are slow to acknowledge customers, they don't listen to preferences & chairs are very uncomfortable! I asked for my smear to be on the side & they elected to ignore the request. For years I boycotted the location because once I ordered a dozen bagels & the employee refused to halve them for me! The bagels ARE good! I would say it is a "buyer beware" business!! I hate eating in a place where disinfecting tables is optional & employees are apathetic about customers!!

A few things to know before you go to the store on Wellspring. First, don't go after 1 pm. They close at 2 and anyone coming gets dregs - they don't have fresh bagels, even on Monday Club Dozen day. Nope, you get the leavings, and you'd better be quick about it. Second, don't ask for em to be sliced, unless you want the perennially grumpy and forgetful gal in the drive-through window to curse you under her breath. I'm not going to send my food back to someone who might do harm to it - and she sure doesn't ask, do you want those sliced? More often than not if they do get sliced, they get caught in the machine (because who has time to do this job decently? Not them) and you get a shaving and a whole bagel on a number of them, or they are cut sideways somehow. Last, avoid the drive-through. This gal has been working the window at the Wellspring location for years. Her surly attitude has a new veneer of barest courtesy but even if you ask for the "Monday Club Dozen" - which requires a membership - she will forget and charge you the full amount. Your asking her to go back and put in your code pisses her off. Maybe at herself, who knows. It translates to the customer. I do avoid this store at all costs and go inside to order when possible. Every other staff member is courteous and thorough at Wellspring; some even apologize for the drive-through gal.
