“We were traveling from AZ to OK! Had been on the road since 3:30 a.m. I went on line to see about a good restaurant and found this one! The closed sign was up, but we didn’t see it! They seated up anyway! ? Martha was a very, very good waitress and was so nice! Made our lunch very special! We only come thru once a year, but we will be back! Chips and salsa were the best we’ve ever had followed by taco salad and quesadillas! Servings were very generous and we had quesadillas to take with us!“

“We’ve only recently discovered this place, and have been getting tamales every week it seems. They are very good most of the time. Like, 99% of the time the tamales are amazing. Maybe one every now and then seem dry, or just not as good as normal.Their green Chile chicken tamales are life changing though.“

“This cafe is off main street and does not have a new shiny frontage but it is oh so amazing. I was there about 3 pm so definitely between lunch and dinner (important later). First loved the salsa with the chips. Nice and thick with some good kick. I got the tamale plate and was not disappointed. I could definitely taste some smoke in the chilies. My main reason for coming was the sopiapilla’s for desert. They were dropped fresh after I ordered them and they were so good. All puffy and perfect for biting off the corner and filling with honey (the preferred way I was taught years ago). Haven’t had sopiapillas that good in almost 20 years! Thank you!

“I had the Super Big Breakfast Burrito with ham and green chillies. I like sloppy burritos, but I like clean looking ones even more. When I opened this one, the eggs looked so good and clean, and the other items in it were very fresh. It was not greasy at all. I added the roasted salsa and the green salsa to it and it was soooo gooood!!! My friend got hers with asada meat and she keeps talking about how great her burrito was, too.“

“Asado Burrito is EXCELENT! Tortilla is perfectly supple and homemade style (idk if they make or are made local) people who said otherwise must have hit a bad day. They were super nice and quick, only problem is it is too close to where I work I may be there way too often!“

“Best Mexican food in Roswell, it is authentic. My family and I dine in and order take out every week! My husband loves their green enchiladas. This is his go to every time. The Menudo is delicious, flavorful... all their food is flavorful and many plates to choose from. No where else will you find pambazos or quesadillas de pollo - authentic Mexican dishes. Chips and salsa are all homemade. Their rice is simply amazing. If you haven't tried La Cima you are missing out. Service is great - always greated with a smile and are very attentive.

Kid-friendliness: La Cima also has kid friend meals like their chicken strips with fries, asada fries and quesadillas as you can order them to your liking, my kids enjoy eating here and actually prefer this restaurant over any fast food!“

Interestingly enough, this is the first time I am actually writing a food review. Also, the atmosphere of the restaurant, adorned with rustic decor and featuring two magnificent bullheads mounted on the walls, added a touch of Western charm that enhanced the dining experience.“

“First time trying NMBC, it was pretty good, burritos are a decent size. The salsa and green chili wasn’t very hot at all, although it had a good flavor. One of two ladies in the kitchen wasn’t so nice, but still got our food lol. The other lady was super friendly though. Would stop here again.“

“It was an OK experience. I had never been to a mexican,Chinese buffet before. Food seemed a little out of the box though to me. The green chili sauce was mild but good. The red sauce almost knocked my head off. I can say of the things I did like. I got full on and feel I got my money's worth.“
