Had the beef soup and soup dumplings, and they were both phenomenal. The noodles were the perfect amount of chewiness, the beef was tender, and the broth was packed with flavor. I got the normal spice level, and it was just spicy enough to feel it, but not overpower the other flavors. It's definitely worth a stop.
We stopped in whole shopping and it did not disappoint. Immediately we were greeted and invited to sit and decide on our order.We walked up to the counter to order. We ordered a beef noodle soup, pork fried rice nooes and pork fried dumplings.Everything was so good! We passed around the dishes and shared everything.Wish I had the cover with, I'd order some of the frozen dumplings to drive home to Denver!We will definitely be back!Dietary restrictions: Two dairy and egg allergy family members, this was a great option!Kid-friendliness: Kids loved the atmosphere and were very welcomed.

Truly some of the best bao and noodles we’ve had outside of San Francisco Chinatown. The staff don’t speak English (or at least the staff that were there when we ate), all ordering is done from a touchscreen. Everyone was so friendly and the service was prompt. There is limited seating inside the restaurant and some tables outside in the mall atrium area. Such a great experience. We went back multiple times.
Their pork steamed buns are really good. It’s surprising to find such authentic Chinese buns at Santa Fe!

The soups were incredible and bursting with astounding flavors. The serving size was very plentiful and fills you to the brim. Even the cook came out and asked us how the food was. The time I arrived at was pretty quiet and calm.
The most most most authentic northern Chinese food! Home taste, and this is VERY HARD TO FIND because they don’t use frozen food or an excessive of msg or salt. They use really good ingredients. Don’t understand why the rating is 4.3, I would give a 10 star if I can. I will miss this place when I leave Santa Fe.
