Everything! The food is outstanding, the view is divine & the staff is excellent! This restaurant covers all bases!
After having not eaten in a restaurant for 3 months we decided to make Weldon's Museum Hill Cafe our 1st one! It was their first day being open since they were required to shut down due to Covid-19. We have been watching the progress of the changes going on and wanted to see for ourselves. We were served Prosecco on the house because it was their opening day. We chose to try the Frittata that Weldon recommended and the Cobb Salad. We throw in a bowl of the Gazpacho to share. It all exceeded our expectations. I loved the fact that they actually put in a bit of a tomato,onion, jalapeno combo in the Cobb salad to spice it up a bit. I should have asked what was the salad dressing because I'm sure it also had a lot to do with how good the salad was. Its now my go to Sunday brunch place. Looking forward to taking friends there once we can open up a bit more. Thanks Weldon for working so hard and reopening your fabulous restaurant. I look forward to many more great meals there!
