10/10 experience. Everything was delicious. Huge portions for a very economic price. One of the best food trucks I’ve been to in the past year. So tasty and the folks clearly put a lot of love and joy in their food.
My partner and I passed this place on the way to Meow Wolf and noted that we should try it on the way back to the highway. We ALMOST didn’t go. Man am I glad we found it. Hands down was the best meal we ate on our road trip through NM, and we ate A LOT of good food. Not only was the food amazing but the lovely people who run the truck made it special.We had the revueltas, chicharrón queso y lorocos, and the calabaza queso pupusas, as well as the plantános refritos.
