we went to Santa Fe for just 5 days and came here twice! While every other place had an hour wait, Valentinas never had one, and the service was quick. The food was delightful, i had some tamales, beans, and rice, with some red chili sauce on the side and it was so so good, also it was actually spicy, more-so that a multitude of other places's chili sauce. The best chile and carne adovada in Santa Fe in my opinion. I frequent the Casa Solana location and had the pleasure of dining at the second location on St. Micheal’s and Pacheco for the first time a couple weeks ago. The food was excellent and the service was five star. The servers recognized us from the other restaurant and knew our order - they are always so friendly and welcoming. The food comes out quickly. Such a great place!! I had the best breakfast I may have ever had. I love the decor, the ambiance, the whole friggin menu looked so good. The chile was very flavorful and spicy, truly fantastic!
