This is very, very special chocolate. We even returned a second time--may have returned more if we weren't headed home after that.The sipping chocolate is heavenly. I saw one review that complained that their cup wasn't full--I don't know about their experience. In my two experiences they were full up. Deeply tasty, rich sipping chocolate (I had the Arabian). We wandered in at random around 3:30 and shortly after we sat down some sort of rush ensued. Still not sure where they all came from! The fellow at the counter was very patient during the unending stream of customers, and dispensed both chocolate knowledge and Taos tips.
