I’ve been waiting for my pizza for over an hour and a half. The “pizza tracker” has not updated in over half an hour and I’ve been trying to call the store for the last 30 minutes, during which I’ve called 4 times and so far have been hung up on three of those four times. I can not cancel my order until the app sees that my pizza has been delivered so I am at the mercy of Domino’s to feed my kids. Horrible service and I just now got a text message saying that the driver is in my neighborhood so now I get to enjoy some cold pizza that’s been sitting around forever. Thanks Dominos! Never again!!!

Foods always great orders are always right. The automated phone system and not being able to talk to a real person at the store are the only downside to taos dominoes. Randal and John are the greatest dominoes employees they got at the Taos NM

An online order was placed and it took 1 hour of my waiting in the car for the store pickup before we went inside and discovered that it would be another 1/2 hour just to get my order. The staff was inconsiderate, and rude, and would not refund my order. ?

Terrible customer service at this location. My order stated ready on the website & when I arrived there were 4 employees present but no one was taking care of take out. Another customer got the attention of one of the employees & asked if she could at least hand over the orders that were ready. She complied & began handing out the orders. She literally handed out 5 orders that were just sitting there. She handed over my order & I paid. I advised her that the order was missing my medium pizza. She stated she would have to place the order again because she was not sure why it was not made. I then had to wait an additional 25 minutes for an 8 minute pizza! None of the employees were wearing a name tag nor gloves while making the food.

I placed an order with Dominos online last night. It was $60 (I tipped them $10). They charged me,and said that they (Fabian) were “prepping my order”, then 40 mins to an hour later,canceled my order after taking my money. THEN sent me an email saying it will take 2-5days to refund me my money. I tried calling the store because I didn’t receive an explanation as to WHY my order was cancelled;and was left on hold for an hour and NEVER got to speak with a representative,so I just hung up finally.Domino’s corporate needs to get it together,the customer service is below sub par in my area. Never going to this store:(710 Paseo Del Pueblo Sur,Taos,NM 87571) again and will be warning others about this store to prevent them from wasting their money and having a negative experience themselves.

I ordered a large pizza it took an hour when they said thirty minutes, I asked for half pepperoni and half cheese, I guess they took that too seriously because there was no cheese on the pepperoni side.

This Dominos store was previously amazing and used to deliver to our house if we called. We’ve ordered many times from the store and received delivery without issues. Tonight, the store manager Cody reported they were no longer allowed to deliver to our address and he was going to talk with his employees about stopping delivery out there. He mentioned it was not in their delivery service area (5 minutes from the store location). I am disappointed in this new rule and in Cody’s lack of customer service skills.

Order 2 medium sized pizza for 6:45 pickup. Went to the store at 6:40 to pickup. Paid for the pizza, and being told to wait 5 minutes and my pizza should be ready. 2-3 staffs checked with me and said it is still in the making. Around 7:15, I asked them for the pizza, they said that they don't know what happened to the pizza. Another staff came and said that the we asked driver to give you the pizzas but instead he took it and we don't know where. The staff again asked me do I want the pizza, I said yes, and she told me it will take another 15 minutes if we make it now. I requested them to deliver it to my hotel, and they were ok with it. Around 8:15, I went back to the store again, and they driver has taken the order and he should deliver it to you anytime as he has another order to deliver. It is almost 9 PM, and I didn't receive my pizzas.

This domino's is excellent. The food is amazing, and the workers are all very nice. I have worked here, and the store is extremly clean. The only problem is they are almost always super understaffed, and can take a while to serve you. The workers here are all very hard working though, and try their absolute best. This store often gets an undeserved bad reputation due to it's limitations, but it tries it's god damn hardest to do everything in it's power. Keep on rocking Taos Domino's.

Worst place, super bad management they don't honor coupons that are right on their counter. The girl making the pizzas knew more about placing orders than the so called manager... she should be the manager.

I scheduled an order to be delivered at 11:45am. To my understanding, it was not delivered at that time. Therefore when I called, I spoke to a lady that said it would take another 45 minutes to deliver. Mind you, it’s already 12pm. I ask to speak to a manager, and instead of putting me on hold, I can hear the manager in the background being unprofessional, and telling the lady I am on the phone with what to say. Clearly she did not want to talk to me. Once she got on, she was rude and disrespectful. Worst place to order pizza.
