Wow just wow! You don’t get service like theirs anywhere anymore. So patient so kind and their store was packed with customers. It is longer to drive than our regular Baskin Robbins but we will be going to this one every time!
Honestly, this location has the best customer service I've ever experienced for a franchise. The employees are always very sweet and accommodating.After being given the wrong order accidentally, the owner, Steve, called me back to apologize to me personally! It is so rare for a nation-wide company to make one person feel as though they matter, but Steve accomplished this in only one interaction. I am VERY impressed! Thanks, Steve!
