We first ate at this Taco Bell about a year and a half ago when we moved to Taos. It was nothing special. Over the last six months though, they’ve definitely stepped up super hard. My partner is a vegetarian and we both order special add-ons, I work in food service and i get it when something doesn’t come out right but lately these guys nail it every time. I am not going to lie. Living in the great American SouthWest with abundant fast food Mexican options that are one offs and not part of the corporate giants, I have not been in a Taco Bell in years. That is until unexpectedly today and in the outskirts of Taos, NM. We actually were not hungry or wanting to go here. Realy enjoy taco bell's food, and this taco bell is very good quality. I have worked here, and the store is very clean. The management here though somehow manages to take their job way too seriously, but hate there customers and workers. The work ethic here is very funky as a result, and the customer service can be hit or miss depending on management's mood.
