EMPLOYESS ARE LAZY!!!! Waited 20 minutes with my kids. They were not busy and they served the 3 drive thru orders and then proceeded to forget our order and PLAY ON THEIR PHONES until we said something and promptly left. STOP HIRING USLESS POTHEADS AND SHOW SOME INITIATIVE I know it’s fast food but this location is pathetic.

Eh. Taco Bell is what it is, only stop in when I need something very fast.
We first ate at this Taco Bell about a year and a half ago when we moved to Taos. It was nothing special. Over the last six months though, they’ve definitely stepped up super hard. My partner is a vegetarian and we both order special add-ons, I work in food service and i get it when something doesn’t come out right but lately these guys nail it every time. Today our DoorDash was hot, fresh, perfect and done exactly like we asked. Probably the best Taco Bell we’ve ever had.Vegetarian options: Allie gets the cheesy Gordita crunch with black beans instead of beef and cheesy fiesta potatoes with lettuce and tomato. Super good!

You don't go to taco bell for a classy meal. I mean it's Taco Bell. The price seems a lot higher than I remember.

I am not going to lie. Living in the great American SouthWest with abundant fast food Mexican options that are one offs and not part of the corporate giants, I have not been in a Taco Bell in years. That is until unexpectedly today and in the outskirts of Taos, NM. We actually were not hungry or wanting to go here. But after discovering the Taos Visitor Center up the road does not open until 10am and the gas station located right next to the KFC and Taco Bell on this same corner has the unexpected "out of order" sign on their bathroom door, I needed a bathroom or I was going to burst. Insert Taco Bell into my story. Easy restroom and clearly an oasis of sorts at 9am on a random Monday. Now their restroom is not going to get a 5 star review on upkeep, but it is clean and when you have to pee, you have to pee. A big thumbs up Taco Bell and a big thumbs down on my first two stops. Never taking advantage of a fast food establishment restroom without also making a purchase, my husband and I ordered a breakfast burrito and hash browns. We are not even hungry but found these food items hot, freshly made and tasty. Now although I might not walk into a Taco Bell for years to come, me, my bladder and my taste buds were happy that we did.

Realy enjoy taco bell's food, and this taco bell is very good quality. I have worked here, and the store is very clean. The management here though somehow manages to take their job way too seriously, but hate there customers and workers. The work ethic here is very funky as a result, and the customer service can be hit or miss depending on management's mood.
