I’ve eaten here before & was happy with it. The burger I got tonight was not what I ordered. When I called let them no they just hung up on me. I guess I won’t be ordering over the phone with them anymore.

On long distance move! We were tired of all fast food! Stopped for fuel, and decided to try, THE BEST MEAL WE HAD IN 7 DAY TRIP! Best burgers, best chili cheese dog, fries! Even the drinks felt like old diner style, homemade taste! NATHAN chili cheese dog!!! I recommend to everyone!!

I went there for breakfast to get a breakfast burrito. I got into the place about 2 minutes before 11:00. But after waiting in line it was 11:08. Then they wouldn't serve me breakfast. So I had to get a burger. And the roll was stale plus it took me over 15 minutes to get the burger because they had to cook fries.

We tried Lotaburger for the first time and overall...it was great. My husband really loved the New Mexico burger! The burgers were hot and juicy...so good! The only issue was that we ordered a frito pie and it was not in the bag when we started eating. We had already left the restaurant and decided not to go back and get it. I'm sure they would've made it right, but we were running short on time that day. We DEFINITELY will be back the next time we are in the area!

In Tucumcari ? Great ! Not automated. In Clovis, not so grate...automated cook... all cooked med, med. rare... will NOT cook them more.. There words ? We don't do that.... kids.... what do we expect for $15.00 per hr.

The food is always on point, great flavor. Always clean and well stocked here. All the staff are very helpful and extremely friendly. If you're here in the morning, you may even get the extra pleasure of Mary helping and waiting on you. One of my favorite parts of being in Tucumcari!
