I waited for 20 min to be seated, I waited for onother 25 min for the waitress to show up on my table so they can start me with glass of water and guess what no one even showed on my table. Waist of time and disrespect. Denys used to be good but now days they are terrible . Don't waste your time here ppl

Casual and friendly staff, prompt to seat while asking preference on seating. Server ( Allison Miller) was polite, professional and prompt to both take order and to check on the meal. Will both recommend and stop by again.

Will never come back to this dennys stupid servers sit in the back and talk ignore you waiting to be seated.11pm at night 2 tables only taken server just walks out looks at me and keeps doing her thing than moves onto cleaning tables. Younger Mexican lady to be exact.

Stopped here and went in for lunch. Husband ordered a hamburger and fries which he has ordered at several different locations. They appeared to be extremely understaffed and it was a holiday so can kind of understand the 45 minute wait for his order. Server brought out his food and the burger was good but only had 9 fries. Table next to us had half a plate of fries with their sandwich. He said something to the server about them shorting him a few fries and she said yeah sorta, but did not offer to fix the issue. Then when he got the bill there were charges for extras he hadn't ordered. Refused to fix the bill since he had eaten the meal.

Arrived in town at 9pm. We came in to sit down. 3 staff/ servers was up front, yet we was told to return at 7am for service due to short staff.. . I don't think my kids want to wait 10 hours for pancakes. Not a great 1st impression

Not only that, I came and waited for 15 minutes for someone to approach me or place an order, after which my order was brought to me, but it was without the toast I ordered.
