Makes sure he takes his time and gets absolutely everything right. Added bonus of letting me pick hockey card packs from a handful that he had spread out in his hands. “They are efficient and listen to your needs. 2 days ago I had to let go of a beloved pet in an hour and wanted to give her a Timbit. They heard me and when I got to the window she got a donut on the house. It helped to make good tears of joy instead of sadness. Keep your staff human. They work hard and it would be unusual to do so. They used their own judgment and I think they were prepared to pay for it because she said all of us got the donut.That was 2 days ago and our doggie is in doggie heaven ❤thanks for caring.“
