Usually I always get a fresh tea here, which is nice because it’s like the only Tim Hortons in the area that ever has fresh tea brewed. Most staff are nice. But it’s annoying when a new item comes out and employees aren’t trained to know what it is or how to make it. Ordered the new Canadian bacon sandwich and the girl started punching in the farmers wrap, and seemed confused about what the sandwich was even though it’s shown on a big sign in the drive thru. As a former Tims mngmnt team, not at this location, i have to say the women in the morning are absolutely lovely. One in particular, i do not know her name, i tend to tip her $2 bucks per visit as she is very friendly and i love seeing her when i go thru

Best service and food quality of all the Tim Hortons in Dartmouth. If you want a lava cookie that is actually filled with lava, this is the location to visit. The rest put one small dab on the top of the cookie.Both the drive thru and counter have fast service and friendly staff.
