Mid to poor. The service at this location has declined drastically. Rarely do I get my order completed correctly from the drive-thru. I find myself having to park and go inside for my order to be corrected. Staff is friendly but slow and always seem to be distracted. If there was another location close by, I would not visit as much.
It's KFC can't expect too much, online order said it was done but was delayed by over 10 minutes when I arrived. Food is what you expect from fast food. Nothing crazy did the

Hats off to the KFC team here, I'm an occasional customer, and when I went in this evening to order, the team was getting yelled at by a gentleman for his chicken sizes being too small. They were very good at explaining to him and showing him the sizes (even with the language barrier of the staff) and gave him an extra piece to satisfy him.
