“The ramen is very good. Two things though - veggie ramen should really come with tofu. I also did not find the mild spice mild so in the future would just say no spice.Food aside, I’ve ordered takeout here multiple times now and the service is always off. If you’re a few min later than expected you get an overly aggressive call asking if you’re still coming. One time I came to pick up my food and it was still 30 min before close on a Sat night. I had gotten one of those calls, and after I left with my food he closed up shop 20 min early which I thought was really odd for a Sat night.“
“We had an awesome lip smacking dinner today. Authentic desi Chinese main course and great tandoori for appetizers. The masala fries was a sweet surprise which is a first time for us in halifax restaurant menu. Hope you keep serving great food like this thanks“
“Since moving to Halifax from Toronto, being a foodie, its been a challenge finding good places to eat. To be honest, there aren't many authentic Chinese restaurants in HRM. Lets just say I have been to all of them and let me tell you, Red Asian Fusion is the best by far. Don't let the word Fusion fool you, this is the real deal. Authentic Yummy Chinese food and I dare say the best I have had so far. Eating out especially in Nova Scotia is not cheap, but I will pay good money for great food and generous portions. I challenge you to give Red Asian Fusion a try and let me know what you think. Enjoy Eat well and be well :-)“
“Food was delicious (definitely get skewers with a cold beer) but service was so slow. There is only 7 4-seaters and 1 private room. We went on a Sunday night and they were busy. They forgot our dishes and drinks but were very friendly. Their food is not the normal Cantonese/North American style Chinese food. We had pork trotter (foot), lamb skewers, spam skewers and grilled corn. We also ordered a beef noodle soup (big bowl of noodles), cold tendons (yummy), garlic greens and sweet and sour pork slices (basically battered pork slices in a vinegar + sugar coating).Very cozy inside, friendly service but servers might be forgetful (felt a bit chaotic)“
“The level of toppings is very good, the braised pork toppings and tomato sauce toppings go well with rice. The vegetables on top are all seasoned separately, which is very nice. You can add extra meat and vegetables, and the regular portion is enough with rice. Personally recommend the mutton pilaf, tomato sauce pork chop and braised pork rice. The taste of mutton buns and mutton pilaf will be affected if they get cold, so it is recommended to reheat them if ordered for takeout. (This one has extra meat)“
“Ordered through DoorDash and they were super fast. Food was hot, flavourful, filling and delicious! Offers several vegan options, it was hard to choose what I wanted. I got the bulgogi tofu wrap and a mint lemonade, so yummy!!!Vegetarian options: Excellent vegan options, labeled clearly.“
“If you're looking for an "asian" flare to your seafood dinner, this is an excellent choice. The oysters were fresh and good quality, and the rack of lamb was amazing as well.Seemed like the night we went it was quite busy, and with that, we sat close together with our neighboring tables. Thankfully the folks next to us rotated in and out, so we were not in between two tables that were dining at the same time. But you'll be too busy eating your delicious meal to notice once the food hits the table!“
“This is one of my favourite places to eat in the city, the staff is amazing and friendly, and also super helpful if you’ve never been to a hot pot restaurant before. Me and my friend were slightly nervous going in and trying it for the first time, but the staff made us feel comfortable and confident when it came to ordering and getting our food. Couldn’t recommend this place enough definitely a great choice in the city!Parking: There is a parking garage right beside the restaurant, about 2$ an hour. There is also street parking that is available but not a whole lot of spots“
“Love this little place. We found it over a month ago. The server is always cheerful, charming and accommodating as well as knowledgeable. The food is wonderful the spring rolls are crispy and flavourful.I love the mango salad option so fresh and tasty. Tried the Korean BBQ it has a savory curry sauce and was just amazing..We have started bringing family and friends now, and they love it too.My husband loves the sushi tuna platter and gets his sushi fix while I can get anything else, it's all tasty and flavorful.Don't let the word get out too far. It's just our sweet little secret. ??Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available.Dietary restrictions: Always willing to accommodate dietary restrictions.Kid-friendliness: Haven't seen any small children in there.“
“This place is a must try! It is by far one of the best restaurants in Halifax. The location itself is a bit rundown but it’s cleaned up well and the atmosphere altogether is amazing. Super casual and low-lit, perfect for a fun and relaxing experience. Overall very enjoyable. Especially the food. Everything I ate was top tier, you can really tell the chefs are very skilled. No appetizer/entree was overshadowed, each dish itself was its own delicious experience. Absolutely phenomenal, I couldn’t have been more pleased or impressed. Even the service was superb, all food and drinks came out quickly but with enough time between everything to actually enjoy your meal. 100% worth your time and money.Dietary restrictions: Many gluten-free options. I find a lot of restaurants don’t have many good celiac friendly options, most of the time the food is mediocre. Yet, here I truly felt the experience and almost half the menu is gluten-free.“
