Today I have to wait 10 mins for my order.While it’s very low volume day. Also, my order was the only order during those 10 mins. When I came in, I can tell only 1 car on the driving thru. The reason is: everyone except ppl who serve on drive thru are celebrating something and eating cake. No one take care of my order! I’m not saying ppl should work like machine and zero relax. But it's also unfair for me as well, since I waste my time at same time. Also I don’t think waiting 10 mins during low volume time zoneis accepted under any fast food chain!
