Food was ok but not levelled up like usual swiss chalet...service scattered all over the place forgot waters forgot finger bowels forgot refill on pop didn't come back to check on us until we were almost done meal. Restaurant not overly busy. The icing on the cake was the mouse running around the dining room floor garnered a 1 star review due to the unconcerned attitude of the servers with no regard for reassuring customers that an active pest control program was in place.

1st time ordering online Worthwhile
Our server Jill was amazing. It was my brother’s first birthday since having a massive stroke a year ago. My sister lost her husband unexpectedly three days ago. Jill was so attentive and kind on an otherwise difficult day for our family ❤
