“So, I had a bit of a rocky start with this place when I ordered an Iced Coffee, but I gotta give credit where it's due—they really turned things around after I shared my feedback. Since then, they've been hitting the mark with great service.My usual drill involves snagging an Iced Coffee, maybe throwing in a breakfast sandwich or some egg bites for good measure. They've got their act together during the weekday morning hustle, consistently nailing my order. The food and drink are solid, no complaints from me.I'm a creature of habit in the mornings, just looking to get in and out, and they've got that down to a science. “VERY busy due to a road closure but they were working so hard to keep a very busy line going. Nobody stood around doing nothing like I tend to see a lot in Tim's these days. Lady overseeing it was very organized. Atmosphere was calm and young girl on the counter had a big smile on her face. Very impressed and best customer service I've seen in a Tim's for a long time. “This site is within a secure military base. Access may be restricted to only those who work on the base or who are military personnel. Security at gate may not let civilians in unless they have business on the propertyParking: The area is patrolled by Military police and parking security. Their is a 15 minute time limit to be in the parking area. Violation will result in ticket and towing at owners expense“
“Almost always crowded, being in Scotia square. Service could be a bit more speedy, Tim's is usually known for their speed. But other than that, they run out of stuff soon and closes by 6 PM. Thats nt their fault, the whole tower closes by 6 though. Overall, liked it.“
“My favorite place for a quick food. Awesome service and people are so friendly and they customize the orders as asked without any funny faces ?Vegetarian options: I always customize my Grilled cheese sandwich to include more veggies and egg. No issues till now.Dietary restrictions: I have experienced with almond milk and here they customized my double double with it.“

“It was in the IWK children's hospital and they only were serving hot tea or coffee, they don't sell any other refreshments like power aid, milk, water, etc which sucked due to the heat I didn't want a coffee... I wanted something nice and cold...“
“The staff here is fabulous, there is one lady that works here and every morning she makes me smile, and starts my day off great. She is always smiling and wishes me a good day or weekend! My only regret after this many years of going through her drive thru I haven't asked her name! Thanks for making my day start off bright!!“
“This Tim Hortons is a much bigger than any other ones I have been in. They are always very busy, but they have a great team of workers. I am in a line of many people and the workers just have a great connection and the line is moving fast. They also are very friendly, patient when I was trying to make up my mind what I wanted and all of them are always smiling. They really have a great sistem going, nonstop. It is like they make you feel so special and as I was going in I started smiling, even in the big line up, I was still smiling as I was leaving. To everyone they always say have a great day, and I could feel that they really are a very special team and they care about their costumers.“
“One of the workers at the location, Shelbie, knows me as a regular. She recently had my coffee ready for me before I even stepped foot towards the counter with her usual smile. This is the kind of thing that has customers coming back regularly. Thank you Shelbie, I hope you get the recognition you deserve, because that is going above and beyond.“
“Well, I always buy birthday timbits from here but they are never coated with the birthday thing on it and same happened today and I went back and told them that they are never coated with birthday thing so the girl took them back and they all started arguing, in the meantime , white old lady she came back with fresh nice and coated timbits and she asked me if they look better now. I was so happy that she made them best for me otherwise the staff doesn’t care. I am rating 5 stars for her service.“

“A bit crowded, but its to be expected. Open 24 hours, clean business and friendly staff. Much quicker service than most Tim's I've been too. Very easy to get to from the hotel. A bit tricky if you need to go left onto Kearny though.“
“Whenever I grab my coffee and timbits on my way to work in the morning, I'm ALWAYS greeted by the friendliest staff and is by far the fastest Tim Hortons drive thru in Halifax. The early morning staff is especially nice and cheerful, so props to them.“
“This is one of the busiest Tim Hortons in downtown Halifax. Their croissant is great, and the coffee is just fine. They should take better care of the tables for those costumers who prefer to sit inside. Some tables were really dirty and in urgent need of some cleaning.“
“It's fine. Simple orders and more popular foods are just the same. Good spot for grabbing food if you're in the area. Drive through is very popular at this location and seems to go relatively quick. Order anything a little different like the chili and it'll take a few more minutes than longer.I keep going back when I work in the area but I'm going to change back to simpler things like bagels just to reduce wait.“
“Went here the other week for an iced coffee, probably the fastest I've ever been in and out of a Tim Hortons, and they were quite busy. Staff were quick and friendly, got the right coffee, store was clean. Just about all you can ask for.“
“This is Tim Hortons on Spring Garden RD. I think this Tim Hortons is different from other ones I have been to. I feel the friendliness, patience and making sure you take your time choosing what you want. I feel that the other ones I have been at make me feel rushed, they are talking back and forth to each other and they are just there for pay day, but I don't know what they are going threw, I just don't like judging people, I am just putting out there how I felt.“
“Enjoy going almost every morning before heading off to work, to grab my coffee. Always have a great greeting from the staff. Also see a few eldery people go there to meet to have a social hang-out, and they all seem super happy when they are there talking.Parking: Dead center of the Lacewood Plaza, so always plenty of available parking.Kid-friendliness: Bring my son here a bit when off work. He enjoys going, and most of the staff are super friendly and make him feel involved when buying.Wheelchair accessibility: I personally don't use a wheelchair, but I do see an entrance where someone who is, can enter the store. When my son was younger, and was in the stroller, it was the entrance I would enter.“
“Before I go to work , I stop in at Tim Hortons at Mumford Road. One employee stands out for me, a gentleman , who I believe his name is Sahil. He goes out of his way every night , to make sure my order is right. One night stands out for me, I was late getting there, and the doors were locked. This exceptional employee ran to the door, and passed me my regular order. He is exceptional, and I think everyone should know about his above normal customer service!! He works the evening shift. I hope I spelled his name correct!! Thank you !!!“
“There's a lady that's working in there right now at 3 to 11 shift I'm presuming.I'm not sure what nationality she is or her name but she's working in drive-thru June 26th 20/20 at 10:24 p.m. she makes the best coffee I've ever had. She is very polite very considerate. She always has a smile on her face. You need more people like her she is the reason why I go to that Tim Hortons“
“Don't see why they get all the negativity. Staff could be better trained for speed and customer service, may be. They were never rude to us. Service took a bit though, ordered just FV n wrap, but there was noone in driveway so its all good with wait time.“
“Was having an afternoon coffee with a friend. I like Tim's coffee. There was a good selection of muffins and donuts. It wasn't really busy - no lines- but counter service took a bit. There were a lot of patrons at the tables. Fireplace is a nice touch for atmosphere.“
“Stop letting all the muscle cars park outside your store till 10pm or later. They all rip out of your drive way and down the highway making so much noise waking up the neighborhood and driving irrationally. I assume the Tims owner is a car guy. But this needs to stop and complaints have been sent to corporate.“
