Excellent food. Quick service. They said 20 minutes on the phone and when I arrived I waited no more than 30 seconds. Food was hot when I got home. Recommend the Things Chicken, ginger beef and Hong's rolls. All excellent.
We have never had so much delicious food from any other restaurant in the area. This is the only place you could get all your food gluten-free on request, and they specialize in that. Make sure to ask as the menu doesn't alway say an item is gluten-free, but they can make it if requested.It's a must try if you're in the area, we ordered once a month for our fix...lolHighly recommended.

Ginger squid and pepper squid so good. ginger beef and black pepper beef such a treat. When I come to Halifax to visit family from North Carolina Hongs is always on the list! Always a great meal!
