I’d give zero stars if I could. Incredibly rude employees and half my order missing. I live over an hour away so I guess I should have checked the bag even after I asked if that was everything. Waste of time and money.

I visit this place a couple times a month and im always satisfied with service. Today was quite a different story. They had 5 vehicles waiting at the drive through for almost 10 minutes without knowledging customers at all. When i decided to drive forward to see if there was anyone working or if the mic wasnt working. They were very rude. One girls especially. She was supposedly working the drive-through. The meals amounted to over $45. She seemed upset because we drove to the window and we were given the smalles peices of chicken that i have ever recieved. We were ver dissatisfied with the service and will be making a complaint about this particular person.

Screwed up the order,didn't notice until I got home .
Worst service I've ever seen. Waited over an hour and counting for my order to be prepared.6 peice bucket and fries..... Must of had to pluck the chickens... Popeyes is worth the extra money so you can eat the same day. Very clear there is zero managment there. Will never be back.

Do you know how frustrating it is to get off work, place an order on the app a half an hour before getting there, app says order is ready, you go in and it's not even started and being told it's going to be a wait??? Twice, this has happened twice! I am so sick of the app and this location. Done. Never coming back.

When it's snowing outside, the staff doesn't wipe the floors. There is not even a warning that the floor is wet in the building. Because of this, I fell, but the staff did not ask if I was okay. Only visitors offered me help.

I went drive thru right now and order my food and when i ask her for ketchup she said in the bag but it’s not their and in a frezzing wheather she is giving drink wid ice and her behavior is so unproffesional
