Worst service I've ever seen. Waited over an hour and counting for my order to be prepared.6 peice bucket and fries..... Must of had to pluck the chickens... Popeyes is worth the extra money so you can eat the same day. Very clear there is zero managment there. Will never be back.
Do you know how frustrating it is to get off work, place an order on the app a half an hour before getting there, app says order is ready, you go in and it's not even started and being told it's going to be a wait??? Twice, this has happened twice! I am so sick of the app and this location. Done. Never coming back.

I visit this place a couple times a month and im always satisfied with service. Today was quite a different story. They had 5 vehicles waiting at the drive through for almost 10 minutes without knowledging customers at all.
