“I have eaten, at one time or another, at every single fast food restaurant in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality, and my visit to the North Sydney Wendy's is the only time that I've ever gotten hot food. Very friendly staff, and as I was waiting for my order the worker that was putting it on the tray said "Whoah, this is supposed to be takeout!" He spilled a few fries transferring the food to the bag and without my asking, immediately went over to the fryer to top up the fries. I got exactly what I'd ordered, which is again something that I don't typically experience at other fast food outlets. Wendy's in North Sydney is the Cadillac of fast food outlets in the CBRM!”

“We were from the states and were craving real Italian neopolatin pizza like I make at home. Did not disappoint! We got the works and it was very good. The garlic fingers were hot and gooey. Very cheesy and flavorful. I asked for extra pizza sauce to dip it in as we aren't accustomed to donair sauce hehe. Very accommodating. Waitress was very nice. Only 5 tables, so eating in there will be a wait. It did take a while to get our food, but they were very busy and we understand. Just an all around GREAT experience!”

“I have no problems here. I do always check my bag before leaving but I do that at all fast food restaurants. Front counter speed is a bit slow but drive thru is alright considering the amount of customers that go thru all day long. Staff is friendly, even with the customers who are hangry.”

“This has got to be one of the best places I’ve eaten in Sydney in a long time, if not the best. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Perfect customer service, delicious food, and fast service. My friend, my husband and I got the meal that serves three. We got chicken, beef, and pork belly, vegetables, kimchi, and other pickled sides as well as the ramen to split. All of us were completely satisfied, all very full and even had leftovers to take home. I’m a very hard person to please when it comes to food, as me and my husband are both chefs but I’m telling you this place is worth driving to from Ingonish. I will 100% be returning.”

“We visited The Dory tonight and we are so glad we did! Make a reservation for sure, because it was quite busy, but it was so worth the wait. The portions were larger than expected and every dish was full of flavour and so perfect. The seafood chowder is to die for - my husband said he wished it was a bottomless bowl.
