“The Sydney eatery is a highly recommended stop for visitors and locals alike. The environment is warm and inviting. Servers do an excellent job. The seafood chowder and baby back pork ribs were very good. Fish and chips had just a bit too much breading. The Governor's Coffee was excellent.“
“You can expect high quality food, beverages, and service from this establishment on Townsend Street. Whether you're looking to get out of the house, going out to socialize, or just wanting a bite to eat, I strongly recommend. The food is never a let, and always at a reasonable price.“
“Nice little bar near the water in North Sydney. Lots of seating options from a quiet table in a wee room to regular bar and table seating, and a room with comfy leather couches. Nice relaxed vibe and friendly atmosphere. If you’re in North Sydney looking for a few beers, this is the place! Cheers Ian.“
“Food came with the gravy being so thin that the food was soaked in it. (Hot hamburger platter, quesadilla platter, and wings with fries and gravy....so the hot hamburger sandwich, quesadillas, and the chicken wings were floating in the gravy. It was so “
“Visited here while in Sydney for a curling event. It was close to our hotel, and recommended by a local friend. The food was excellent. I had the Pan Seared Haddock, my dinnermates had the Winter Barbecue (a ribs dish) and the Filet Mignon. Everyone loved their meals. The atmosphere is lovely. There was even live music by (I think) Jordan Musycsyn, who was really amazing. It was a great surprise. We didn't realize there would be live music. The restaurant is located in the Membertou Convention Centre, which made for a really interesting location. There is a fascinating museum-like exhibit celebrating Mik'maw history and culture in the Convention Centre hallway. It was very well done. I would highly recommend this restaurant for both the food and the venue.“
“This is by far my favourite restaurant in Sydney. They never miss. They have the best selection on their menu and an amazing variety of drinks. The service is very friendly too! Whitney pier chicken and rice is the BOMB, unbelievable flavor I promise it won’t disappoint! This is a one of a kind for Sydney. - OH don’t forget their brunch menu is absolutely amazing, the kitchen sink will leave you full and happy lol!“
