With Covid and the reduced capacity of patrons you would think service would be quick. We had to clean our own table from the previous customers. Then we watched the waiter take the wrong order to table, return it to the kitchen counter only to take it to another table a few minutes later. I have been going to this Fat Burger since it opened and had nothing but generally positive experiences there. Today however when I went in to pick up my order the cashier started off by making fun of my name and then when I asked for my card to be stamped she said I didn't buy a meal. Funny I spent $24.74 on a Bacon Cheddar burger, a chili cheese dog , a bag of Fries and a gravy and refused to stamp my rewards card. If you've been to one Fatburger, you've been to them all. What sets them apart are the small details.For one, this is a fast food restaurant. Tell your employees that they can expect the standard pay for this type of job and dont ask your customers for tips. Tips are for services that go above and beyond the job description, not for what is essentially a cashier and an assembly line worker.
