We were craving some Asian food and a Japanese restaurant in Yellowknife was appealing. We arrived about 11:45AM on a Monday and ordered and paid at the counter. The staff are friendly and you could “see” their smiles under their masks. We ordered udon soup and the Yellowknife Sushi. I came here with my family in the freezing winter, and we had a pretty big meal together.My favorites were the Arctic Char, which is not usually found anywhere else, and the dragon roll, which was much tastier than most other places I've tried.The rice was just right. It was soft but also exactly firm enough to feel really good.The fish, compared to most places I've been to, was very, very fresh for its price range.
