“Marssa was a very nice place at the Westin, Lake Las Vegas. Was very excited to eat there. The service was great. Our server, Realyn S, Was excellent. Friendly, attentive, on top of the service experience. The entrees were another matter. We ordered the Wagyu Ribeye and the Filet Mignon. The sides were Wasabi Truffle mashed potatoes, mushrooms and steamed white rice. The Filet Mignon was outstanding. Cooked as requested medium rare. the Wasabi Truffle Mashed potatoes were tasty. Mushroom were very good very rich. steamed rice s was great. However, the Wagyu ribeye experience was not as expected. The ribeye was requested to be medium rare. When served the ribeye was well done. no pink at all. Upon notifying Realyn, she quickly removed the dish and had another one prepared. When this ribeye returned it was cut up in strips. It was cooked to medium rare, however, the cut was fattier than expected. Brought to Realyn's attention and she advised Manager. Tyson responded and was attentive, professional and apologized for the experience. He offered to prepare something else but as were going to a show we were not able to take advantage of this. Tyson and Realyn salvaged the experience. Thank you very much.“

“Food/Taste/ - we ordered a Combo Pho and a Tendon Pho. The serving size for the noodles is smaller than other pho places we've been to as neither of us were quite full from our dish. The soup is much sweeter than we're used to but didn't have much flavor profile other than that. They were generous on the amount of protein in the soup though! The sides dishes of bean sprouts and mint were fresh and bright. - slight language and culture difference but attentive and quick service. - large open space with plenty of seating that is clean. In the afternoon, the lighting coming through the windows is absolutely beautiful!Value for - the dishes are cheaper but we didn't care too much for the pho broth so not our favorite place.“
