“Used to be excellent, now it’s just good. We’ve been going there for many years & stayed at their attached hotel a couple of times. We’d have rated them at 5 stars about 4 years ago, & loved their winter lamb shank specials. Their wines were reasonably good & the pours fairly generous. The cook changed, the lamb shank became a lamb stew (with 1/2 the lamb & lots of rice filler) & the waitrons became increasingly ding-dongy & inattentive. We stopped going there in 2020.Went back a couple of weeks ago & it was "ok". No more lamb, the beef short ribs were "ok" but overpriced, wine selection on the menu was minimal, the waitron was inattentive & distracted, & basically a meh experience overall.Go there for the old town ambience, but as for good food & attentive service, you could definitely do better. Too bad, because Milo's used to be excellent in both respects.“
“Thank you so much to our waitress. We called to make a reservation from SoCal for after a funeral service. She called us the day of to confirm and also to tell us that she took the liberty to put some flowers on the table. Arrangements were beautiful and very thoughtful. The food was amazing, we tried the nachos, the artichokes, the bacon wrapped asparagus, pizza and wings. Everything was amazing and very well taken care of. Thank you again for making this easy on us during tough times.“
“This was AWESOME- better than I expected! The steak was very tender. Steak & Fries… 15.99 "Grilled to order Flat Iron Steak, Mozzarella Cheese, & Brown Gravy served on your choice of Fries, Curly Fries or Sweet Potato Fries"“
“This is definitely one of the best breakfast restaurants in Boulder City, especially if you want a good Mexican style dish or enjoy something on the sweet side. My wife and I have been coming here ever since they opened up and decided to finally write a review because we find that we always talk about how much we enjoyed it after the fact. Sure, it's not downtown but in a way, that's what makes it so nice and more of a locals joint. While they often have a lot of people dining in it, we've never found it to be overly crowded or had to wait too long for a table if at all and even on a weekend. On our last visit, I had the chilaquiles con huevos with green sauce and chicken and holy cow, it was the bomb! I absolutely loved that the chips were still crispy even though they were drenched in goodness and the chicken was simply delicious. Loved the fact that it was spicy as well. My wife had the french toast with strawberries and bananas and it was just as amazing. This is definitely someplace that I would recommend to anyone passing through town or for any local that hasn't given it a try yet.“
