“Carson Valley BBQ catered last night's volunteer appreciation holiday dinner at the Genoa Fire Department (Station 3). A good time was had by all! Our menu included delicious chicken, salmon, prime rib, plus the associated Caesar Salad, potato salad, beans, and bread. There was plenty of tasty food to go around, even as many heaping plates were observed. Line service by Carson City BBQ staff was efficient and fun. Complimenting the evening was an open bar, music, festive decorations and lots of community friends. All that tasty BBQ certainly added to all this Christmas spirit!“

“I love all of their fresh-baked goodies! Clean and casual, their convenient downtown location makes it a great stop for a date or meeting. Plus it's a local, family-owned business, and the friendly staff are always a delight. The only thing I dislike about this shop is that it closes so early in the afternoon.“
