#1. The pizza was nothing like the recent commercials on tv. #2. The delivery person never rang the doorbell letting us know that our dinner was sitting on the doorstep in a snowstorm getting ice cold. #3. We didn't get an email or text message letting us know that our pizza was on the way. #4. One of the sauces that we ordered was not included. All of these negative could have been avoided with minimal communication. Guess you get what you pay for. Think we'll go somewhere else next time.

If you're closed then update it online so people know, not that hard. Don't go here they ain't open.

Order & pay online, walk in, go to the kiosk, enter your code, pick up your pizza and you're on your way. It's pretty simple and really fast. Try it!

Don't bother eating anything from here. I ordered a pizza and garlic bread for delivery; the pizza seemed like it was just microwaved before delivered. The garlic bread was decent but I couldn't even finish the pizza. Won't go here anyway.

This place was terrible. Rude employees behind the counter. Screaming and using profanity about how they hated their jobs etc...took forever to get our pizza and it was barely cooked. Why work for a food industry where you serve people if you hate your job? Suck it up just like the rest of who work and don't love it. Geez never going back here.

Though small, the restaurant does not disappoint. The staff is excellent. The food is quality goodness and the level of which to expect. Would recommend

The best service every time I am in! The atmosphere in the store is so upbeat the employees smile and chat with me the whole time! and the food is always ready so quickly and is always perfect, you rarely find customer service this good!

With one couple in front of us, it took almost an hour to get ONE pizza! They forgot our order THREE times....are you kidding!!! Not ONE staff member could remember that we ordered.

I probably haven't eaten at a Nathan's in over 30 years. They seemed to be everywhere when I was a kid in NYC. Not just a strip mall counter, but a full-sized fast-food restaurant with drive thru. They were kind of silly back then: one line for sandwiches, one line for fries and one line for drinks. This is a small counter in a WalMart that shares space with Little Ceaser's. The hot dogs were not the same as I remembered. The franks still snap and are slightly crispy, but I remember them crispier. The bun tasted like it just came out of a plastic bag; back in the day they were steamed and had a crunch to them. Their burgers are still just as good and have that awesome flame-grilled taste I remembered, but the real special here has to be their fries! Crispy on the outside and soft baked potato-like goodness on the inside. My only real complaint is a lack of fresh brewed iced tea. The machine stuff is swill and I don't drink soda (diet or otherwise). However, you can get seltzer from the machine and that's always a hit with me.

Had been looking for good fries. Read the previous post about the fries and had to give them a try. The fries were excellent and the hamburger wasn't bad. Evidently the cook took my order and by the time the food was ready, the manager on duty had returned. She brought me my food, but no drink. I asked, "didn't the drink come with it?" She said no. So even though I had already paid $8.97 for what I thought was a burger and fry combo, she charged me an extra $2.37 for a regular drink. $11.37 is awfully pricey for a soda, burger and fries, even if it is located in Walmart. They don't give you an itemized receipt, so no way to prove, one way or the other. After I had paid, the cook did remember that I had ordered a combo. THE MANAGER NEVER OFFERED AN APOLOGY OR A REFUND FOR THE AMOUNT I HAD OVERPAID!
