I saw the name, "Chopstix" and thought I wanted Chinese food until I saw they served pho. Pho has been my comfort food of choice for about two decades now. My server, I think he said his name was José was attentive, but not over bearing. I was impressed by his skills to juggle the restaurant alone. He is a one man show! I loved my pho, my only complaint is that there could be more rice noodles. There wasn't much and they are fairly inexpensive for a big package. I would have given 5 stars, but I feel for the value I had to give only 4. Would I stop back in? Yes, I would.“
