“A group of us dropped by on a Thursday afternoon. The service was a little cold and off-putting... almost like we were an annoyance to them. I'm a senior citizen, but I have to admit that I was surprised to see so many here. Looked like a rest home. Anyway, there egg rolls are top notch - cooked perfectly! I went with a Banh Mi sandwich, crunchy, fresh veggies, tender and flavorful meat. Others had their shrimp spring rolls, beef stew & big bowls of pho. Good enough to come back again!“

“I've tried 10+ things on the menu, and have yet to try anything I don't like. Orange chicken and Kung Pao chicken are fantastic. I've tried 6-7 beef dishes, and each are great, especially the Szechuan and Sesame. Best potstickers I've ever had, plus amazing potsticker sauce. My partner loves the eggrolls, crab puffs, and the Vietnamese menu. 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10, my personal favorite restaurant in all of Reno.“

“The food is great, and the portions are shareable! I had the spring rolls and Pho one day, and the Pho and egg rolls on another. Everything is fresh and hand-made. It is a bit of a language barrier when ordering, but the food is totally worth it. The store owner is so sweet and remembered when i came 2 weeks prior. It was a little drafty (in winter) when sitting near the windows, but you could people watch and zone out when looking at the mountains.“

“One of the best oxtail stew claypot here. It's savory. A touch of sweet thick still like consistency and it comes with rice. It was a perfect meal for us. The Bon Bu Hue spicy noodles were not spicy enough and they did not have the blood and it wasn't as thick as I wanted to be. I'm missing the pork leg tooWe would like to try the lunch specials lemon chicken with wonton soup (extra cost) and also their fried rice next time. Great find in Reno close to the river.“

“What a treat this dinner was! Pho 777 is a restaurant I have passed many times without stopping in but that is definitely going to change! Strolling through downtown Pho 777 is easy to pass as it doesn't have the glam and glitter. Good news? They don't need it! The food speaks for itself. I had the marinated pork chop with steamed rice and it was perfection. The charred pork made for a fun texture while the marinade kept it juicy. Welcoming service, simple atmosphere, great food. Love it!“

“Pho Noodle goes by Donut Bistro for some reason. They serve both Vietnamese and Chinese food as well as donuts! The Vietnamese food here is not as good as the Chinese food. I tried one of the Viet vermicelli broiled meat dishes and was not impress. What is good here are the lunch specials. Priced just $9.15 instead of like other Chinese places specials going for $10.50 to over $12.00 and they taste better too. They offer a lot of different specials like the usual dishes of general chicken, to veggies and choice of meat to kung pow beef and even ma po tofu, that you don't see as a lunch special anywhere.Check out the lunch specials and save some money and get some better food on top of that.“

“I've been on the hunt for more good pho restaurants in Reno and I came across La Mint on Yelp. There were so many amazing reviews so I had to try them out. We came in on a Wednesday during lunch and they were quite busy. We were quickly greeted and seated by a staff member. Upon entering, I was so impressed by the modern and aesthetic interior decor! There's a bench with flowers at the entrance for photos and seating areas within the restaurant with flower backgrounds for Instagram worthy pictures!Anyways, there is a QR code for the online menu, but we were also handed a physical menu. We ordered P2 (combination pho), P9 (rare steak and tripe pho), and shrimp spring rolls. The spring rolls came out within 2 minutes of our order and both pho came out at the same time within 10 minutes! The spring rolls were absolutely delicious! The shrimp spring rolls have lettuce, rice noodles, and shrimp. Very simple, but not to be underestimated by the flavors you can get. The peanut sauce was my favorite part! It was still warm and had a strong peanut flavor compared to some places. As with the pho, the broth was good. Just not as flavorful as the broth of 999 Pho. Not as much meat for the price, but it definitely looks very beautiful with the way it is plated! My boyfriend got the combination and noticed there is not a lot of meat for the price. However, for the whole experience and quality of food, it is worth it.Overall, I would recommend La Mint because of the cleanliness, service, food, and overall experience. I would love to take friends here not only for the food, but also the aesthetics! I love all the cute umbrellas on the ceiling, and aesthetic backgrounds for photos. I can't believe I haven't heard of the until noW!“

“Decent pho soso Chinese. Last time I was in the waitress was eating behind the counter. I waited to receive a menu and be seated as did the person behind me. I finally grabbed a menu and seated myself as did the person behind me. The other patron finally went up to the counter and stood there until they took his order. I got up and left.“

“12.14.23: Met Ma for lunch at her favorite pho spot as I was craving some hot soup in the cold weather. I ordered pho with steak, flank, tendon, and tripe, 1 spring roll, and a BBQ pork bahn mi sandwich. I had traditional hot jasmine tea as my beverage of choice. The broth of the pho is what makes the soup as well as the fresh fixings and toppings that accompany it. The bean sprouts are a fav and give the soup that good crunch.Normally an order of spring rolls comes with 2 rolls. I like how Viet Pho gives the option of ordering just 1 roll. The rice paper was fresh and not dry or hard nor was the shrimp fishy, so that's a plus. The peanut sauce was plentiful and yummy and like how they top it with chopped peanuts for added crunch. My only complaint is the sauce was cold. I could have asked to have it warmed up but I didn't, so that's my fault. The BBQ pork bahn mi sandwich was sooo good! My favorite of course is the homemade fresh bread. Richard, the owner, spent time and lived in Italy when he was younger and learned to make bread. His bread is amazing and yummy. The pork was tender and the carrot and pickled onion give it it's nice crunch. The fresh jalapeno slices give it that heat to complete the sandwich. There's so much on the menu that anyone can find something they'll like and if you're adventurous, try something new. You never know you might find a new favorite dish!“

“They have Boba , I forgot to take a picture. Shanghai rolls, peking Duck is great here as well. I ordered delivery ? since I’m not that close to this area. They are open pretty late as well. So it’s nice change up if your tired of always going to the casino ? for late night snack/dinner. The Wonton soup ? is really good ? it comes with noodles on the side. The Taro Bun is so yummy ?. Also got a fried Sushi ? Roll. If you do not like sushi ?, Try the Fried Rolls first and start to expand your taste ? buds. I am going to add more pictures later.“
