Honestly, are there any Jimmy John fans out there? I've been to 3 different locations, and was not happy with any of them. This latest location starts your experience with the 'drive thru only' mandate for some reason. This wouldn't be a problem except the drive thru window is difficult to approach if you're in something larger than a sub compact (I was in van). We ordered 2 combo meals, which one of them shorted the chips. I don't know if it's standard JJ practice to only slice...read full review

Always a an issue finding healthy options for parents and your fast food Mckids??? Jimmy Johns is your answer! Heads and tails above any other sandwich shop in Elko, NV. The bread is excellent and so are the sandwich selections. 5 star sub shop!

Terrible location causes traffic to backup into street and very slow service since they still have not opened their lobby. They have also discontinued arguably the only above average sandwich on their menu - the smokin kickin chicken sandwich, yet they still have it advertised as for sale. Waiting 15 minutes in line with my car's rear end in the middle of traffic only to find out they randomly decided to discontinue a menu item and not update their sign makes for a very bad experience....read full review
